French Roasts

The French roast is the darkest roast level we use at Big Bend Coffee Roasters. The mouthfeel of these coffees is large, but we avoid over-roasting to the point that ash is the predominant flavor. Our French roast is restrained yet there is substantial oil on the surface of the bean. We recommend the use of a French Press or Moka Pot for these delicious, mellow beans.
