Full-City Roast. An exotic coffee from the slopes of Kilimanjaro, delicately roasted for a bright cup with hints of milk chocolate and apricot. Peaberries are small, oval beans formed when one seed (rather than the usual two) develops at the heart of the coffee fruit. Using slotted screens, the Kilimanjaro Native Co-op (the oldest in Africa) separates the peaberries from the rest of its crop to make this unique coffee.
