Full City Roasts

The Full City roast is our lightest roast level. The predominant flavors and mouthfeel are light and floral. There is very little flavor of the roasting process itself – what you taste is the inherent character of the bean. These coffees are excellent choices for coffee-drinkers who prefer a more mainstream, American-style roast.
