Big Bend Coffee Roasters is small, independent coffee roastery located in lovely Marfa, Texas. All of our coffees are of the highest-grade, Certified 100% Organic and Certified Fair Trade, and many of our coffees are also certified shade-grown and/or bird-friendly. Our coffees receive keen attention to detail from cultivation and harvest, through roasting and packaging. We always roast in small batches to make sure each bean gets the attention it deserves.

FAIR TRADE. Our coffees are certified Fair Trade which guarantees that farmers and workers received a fair price for their products. Fair Trade certified growers are farmer-owned cooperatives and small family farms, not corporate agribusinesses. ORGANIC. Our coffees are cultivated, harvested, and processed without the use of synthetic pesticides, herbicides, or fertilizers. Instead, farmers rely on safe techniques like composting, crop rotation, terracing, and biological pest control. Our roastery is certified by Natural Food Certifiers.
